Year 1 Objectives

  • Within year 1 you have provided comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the CEO and the concertVR team to ensure a smooth and effective running of all business matters at all times.
  • As a central go-to-person you have managed the daily operations of the executive team in a professional and easygoing manner, e.g. managing phone calls and documentation of meetings.
  • You have been coordinating and arranging internal and external meetings as well as projects.
  • You have been responsible for the travel management, administration and preparation of accounting documents & acted as the main contact person for outsourced services (tax advisor, accounting etc.).
